Shipping Policy

Tea Party Girls Club Membership currently ships within the United States via USPS. Shipping is included in your monthly membership.

Monthly Mailings

Letters are mailed once each month. Join on or before the 29th of the month to be included in the following month’s mailing. If you join after the 29th, your first letter will be included in the next available monthly mailing. In February, the last day of the month will serve as the monthly cutoff.

Delivery times vary by location, and we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Tracking is not provided for monthly letters.

Address Changes

Members are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address and keeping it up to date. Please update your address through your membership portal before your next mailing is prepared.

We cannot guarantee a complimentary replacement if a letter is lost or returned because an incorrect or outdated address was provided.

Lost or Damaged Mail

If your letter doesn’t arrive or arrives significantly damaged, email contact@teapartygirlsclub.com

USPS delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.
