Return and Refund Policy

Tea Party Girls Club Membership is a monthly subscription. Because each month’s mailing is prepared specifically for our members, we do not accept returns of letters, tea, recipe cards, or other membership materials.

New Memberships

If you joined Tea Party Girls Club Membership by mistake, contact us at contact@teapartygirlsclub.com within 48 hours of your initial purchase. We will refund your first membership payment and cancel your subscription.

After 48 hours, your initial membership payment is non-refundable because your upcoming mailing may already be in preparation.

Monthly Renewals

Membership payments are non-refundable once a monthly renewal has been processed. You can cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date to prevent future charges.

Cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time through your online subscription portal. Your membership renews monthly on the same date you originally joined, so please cancel before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid another charge.

If you cancel after a renewal payment has already been processed, you will still receive the mailing you paid for, and your membership will not renew again.

Lost or Damaged Mail

If your Tea Party Girls Club envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at contact@teapartygirlsclub.com so we can help.

If a mailing cannot be delivered because the shipping address provided was incorrect or outdated, we cannot guarantee a free replacement. Members are responsible for keeping their mailing address current before each monthly mailing.
